Net meter with PSE at retail rate of energy (~7.5 cents/KWH)

# Grid-tied PV only:
# Sell Green Tags for additional 5 cents/KWH
# Total value of solar production = 2.5 times more than retail price of electricity.
# PSE rebate of $575 per 1000 watts, rated output.
# Solar (PV) & wind, on grid:
